Our 100% Italian durum wheat semolina pasta is artisanally produced in Sicily from carefully selected durum wheat, grown and milled locally.
It features bronze extrusion for a rough texture that enhances sauce adherence, and it is slowly dried at low temperatures for great cooking performance and durability.
