Production Area:
Sourced from Castelvetrano, Southwest Sicily, at altitudes ranging from 50 to 200 meters above sea level. The region’s mild winters and long, dry summers shape the character of this exceptional olive oil.

Production & Harvesting:

  • Harvest: Hand-picked and mechanically facilitated from mid-October to mid-November.
  • Processing: Cold-extracted within 12 hours of harvest to preserve its rich aroma and taste.
  • Yield: 14 kg of oil per 100 kg of olives.
  • Storage: Stainless steel silos maintain a stable temperature and modified atmosphere.

Acidity:
Less than 0.20% at the time of packaging, ensuring a smooth and high-quality olive oil.

Storage & Shelf Life:
Store in a cool, dark place away from heat sources. Best consumed within 18 months from the packaging date.
