Processing & Storage:
Processed within 12 hours of harvest for maximum freshness. The oil undergoes leaf removal, washing, and mechanical pressing, followed by 35-45 minutes of cold malaxation at a temperature below 27°C, and centrifugal extraction. Stored in stainless steel silos under a nitrogen-saturated atmosphere to preserve quality.

Acidity Level:
Less than 0.15% (expressed as oleic acid) at the time of packaging, ensuring a smooth, premium olive oil.

Shelf Life & Storage Recommendations:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources to maintain freshness and flavor. Best consumed within 18 months from the date of packaging.
