Pasta made from 100% Italian whole durum wheat semolina, ancient Sicilian variety Tummina.

Produced by hand, our pasta is born in Sicily from careful selections of semolina of the ancient variety of Sicilian durum wheat only Tumminia "Timilia", grown here and milled whole.

It features bronze extrusion for a rough texture that enhances sauce adherence, and it is slowly dried at low temperatures for great cooking performance and durability.
